पार्टी एडवांस रिपोर्ट — Paid party advances collected on trips for one party (required), with memo, voucher, bank details, and freight / advance / pending totals.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”- Filters: Select Date * (required), Select Party * (required — no All Parties), Generate Report
- Summary cards: Total Trips, Total Freight Amount, Total Advance Received, Total Pending
- Table: Sr. No., Payment Date, LR No, Invoice No, Vehicle No, Route, Driver Name, Supplier Name, Freight Amount (₹), Loading Date, Unloading Date, Collection Memo No, Voucher No, Payment Type, Payment Mode, Bank / Account, Amount (₹) — with a Total row
- On screen, LR No opens the trip, Invoice No opens the invoice, and Voucher No opens the accounting voucher
- Excel and PDF downloads — Invoice No opens the invoice without login; the PDF uses a compact Particulars column and adds a View Invoice button

On Party Reports, open Party Advance Report → Open report.

- Select Date * — same presets as other reports
- Select Party * — one party only
▶️Generate Report
Tap Generate Report. Review the trips, freight, advance received, and pending cards.
⬇️Download Excel or PDF
Excel / PDF after the report has rows.
