Section titled “How do I start on Lorryto?”Follow Getting started: mobile → OTP → MPIN → Welcome → company → Save Company.
Video tutorials

Section titled “Are video demos available for each module?”Yes. Lorryto Docs includes video walkthroughs on module guides so you can see how each part of the app works.
Start with Getting started — it has a signup video plus step-by-step text. Then open the module you need from the docs sidebar: Company, Trips, Parties, Invoices, Drivers, Suppliers, and more. When a video is available for that page, it appears at the top; every guide also has clear on-screen steps below.

I did not get OTP. What should I do?
Section titled “I did not get OTP. What should I do?”Wait for the timer, then tap Resend OTP. Check your SMS inbox and network. Make sure the mobile number is correct.
What is MPIN?
Section titled “What is MPIN?”MPIN is a 4-digit lock for your Lorryto account — like a business password. After you set it, you usually sign in with MPIN, not OTP every time. Do not share it.
How do I change MPIN later?
Section titled “How do I change MPIN later?”Open Account settings (profile) → Change MPIN → enter current and new MPIN → Update MPIN.
I forgot my MPIN. What now?
Section titled “I forgot my MPIN. What now?”On the login MPIN screen, tap Forgot MPIN? Verify with OTP and set a new PIN. Verify OTP, then create a new MPIN.
Profile vs User Management?
Section titled “Profile vs User Management?”Profile / Account settings is your own name, phone, and MPIN. User Management is for branch Admins to invite staff and control access — see User Management.
Company
Section titled “Company”What should I write in Branch Name?
Section titled “What should I write in Branch Name?”You can write a city (Mumbai, Delhi, …) or your own branch / office name. See Branches and Company overview.
Which button do I press to finish first company setup?
Section titled “Which button do I press to finish first company setup?”On first signup, tap Save Company. Later, to add another company, use Add Company.
