Delete Loading Memo

लोडिंग मेमो डिलीट — Removes the memo. Linked LRs are unlinked so you can create a new Loading Memo for those trips (if still unbilled). This cannot be undone.

What you see on this page

On the memo list — each card shows a Delete control (trash icon) if you have trip_delete permission

Delete Loading Memo dialog

• Title: Delete Loading Memo
• Warning that the action cannot be undone
• Summary of the memo (e.g. Memo No, Date, Vehicle)
• Note: all LRs linked to this loading memo will be unlinked; you can create a new loading memo for those trips after deletion
• Cancel and Delete Loading Memo (shows Deleting… while in progress)

After delete

• Success toast: Loading memo deleted and LR links cleared successfully.
• The card disappears from the list
• Those LRs are available again for a new Loading Memo (while still unbilled)

Steps

🗑️Open Delete

You need delete permission for trips (trip_delete).

On the Loading Memo list, tap Delete on a card.

⚠️Read the dialog

Confirm Memo No, Date, and Vehicle. Remember: linked LRs will be unlinked.

✅Confirm

Tap Delete Loading Memo or Cancel.

ℹ️

After delete

Unlinked LRs can join a new Loading Memo as long as they are still unbilled. If an LR was billed, it will not appear in the Loading Memo picker.
