पार्टी ट्रिप्स रिपोर्ट
Party Trips Report — एक पार्टी या सभी पार्टी की ट्रिप: स्टेटस ब्रेकडाउन और unbilled काउंट। ट्रिप स्टेटस और Billing Status से फ़िल्टर करें। इनवॉइस/मेमो से पहले उपयोगी।
इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है
Section titled “इस पेज पर क्या दिखता है”- ऊपर फ़िल्टर बार: चार ड्रॉपडाउन और Generate Report:
- Select Date * (ज़रूरी): Today, Last 7 Days, This Month (डिफ़ॉल्ट), Last Month, Last 3/6 Months, This Year, Custom Range
- Select Party: All Parties या स्पेसिफिक पार्टी
- Select Trip Status: All Trips, Active, Started, Completed, POD received, POD submitted, Settled
- Billing Status: All, Billed, Unbilled
- जनरेट के बाद Report Period चिप (तारीख, पार्टी, बिलिंग फ़िल्टर)
- सारांश कार्ड: Total Trips, Total Unbilled Trips, Started, Completed, POD Received, POD Submitted, Settled
- टेबल कॉलम: Sr. No., Party Name (All Parties पर), Date, Booking/LR No, Invoice No, Route, Vehicle No, Loading Date, Unloading Date, Driver Name, Supplier Name, Trip Status, Freight Amount (₹), Created On
- स्क्रीन पर Party Name से पार्टी, Booking/LR No से ट्रिप खुलती है; मार्केट गाड़ी के नंबर पर M बैज
- Excel / PDF डाउनलोड — बिल्ड ट्रिप पर Invoice No ही लिंक है, जिससे बिना लॉगिन इनवॉइस PDF खुलता है
- PDF में रूट/ड्राइवर/सप्लायर/लोड–अनलोड तारीख Details कॉलम में संक्षिप्त

Party Trips Report खोलें🔍फ़िल्टर
- Select Date *
- Select Party — All Parties या एक
- Select Trip Status
- Billing Status — All / Billed / Unbilled

Generate Report। खाली: No records found for this period.
📊सारांश और टेबल
KPI और स्टेटस कार्ड देखें। टेबल में ड्राइवर, सप्लायर, लोडिंग/अनलोडिंग तारीख भी हैं।
